グローブとシューティング用のステックとお持ちであればストリート（地面)で使う用のステック持参で毎週土曜日13:30から15時半日曜日14:30 から16:30の2時間、お一人500円でどなたでも参加可能です。

The weather is warming up. Many of us were on spring vacation but we still had a few people join us for our weekly training and shooting session on both Saturday and Sunday.
It's a good opportunity to go out and get some fresh air and improve your skills.
For 2 hours of strengthening, conditioning and shooting please bring
1. 500 yen
2. 2 sticks (one you use on ice and one you can use on concrete)
3. comfortable clothes and shoes for running
4. fluids
Please let us know you will be joining either at the Saturday time (13:30) or the Sunday time (14:30). Only a maximum of 10 players may join in one time slot.
This is a public space so dates and times are subject to availability.

We're back again doing dry land training and shooting lessons. Thank you very much as always for your support. 

This week, we had held the lessons on both Saturday and Sunday. It was good turnout and a good work out.
